Moureen is Regional Advisor on Inclusive Education at the Norwegian Association of Disabled, supporting NAD’s country offices across Africa. She advises regional teams on disability-inclusive programming and trains organizations to build accessible, equitable systems. Beyond Education, Moureen is a trainer on general disability inclusion and supports organizations to build systems, policies, and environments where people with disabilities participate fully and equally. As a disability inclusion trainer, she partners with local and international NGOs to strengthen capacity, conduct accessibility audits, and turn “leave no one behind” into practical action. Spanning grassroots programs and regional strategy, Moureen brings tools that make inclusion real — from classrooms to workplaces, and from policy to everyday practice.
She holds a master’s degree in social sector planning and management and a master’s degree in Divinity.
