Rolaine Mwebaza Kagwa is the Head of Finance at NAD Uganda, with over 13 years of experience in finance, accounting, grant management, and donor compliance in the NGO sector. She leads financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, and has played a key role in strengthening financial systems and supporting donor-funded programs.
Before joining NAD Uganda, she worked with BDO East Africa and CBR Africa Network, building strong expertise in financial management, audit support, and services for non-governmental organizations.
Her areas of expertise include financial strategy, donor compliance, risk management, leadership, and capacity building. She is also passionate about mentoring and helping organizations strengthen their systems for sustainable impact.
